Introduction to Fitness
Working out alone can be confusing and make you feel unmotivated and aimless. This course will give you all the information you need to feel empowered to exercise on your own in three, 1-hour sessions.

Session 0 - The prep
Before we meet there are some things I'd like to know what your fitness goals are? This can be as general or specific as you'd like and will help me provide guidance on how to advise you moving forward.
Session 1 - The basics
In our first workout, we will go over the basics of how to squat, hinge, push and pull, with perfect form. You might not sweat but that's not the goal today.
Session 2 - The progressions
Next, we will review the basics and then some progressions. There will be some added complexity but the format will look more like a typical workout.
Session 3 - The Plan
Now that you understand how to move, let's put you through a workout that is formatted in a way that contributes to your attainment of your goals. This will act as a baseline for where you are right now.
